Access, soil and water conditions, existing vapor barriers, piers and walls, utilities, drainage, adjoining slabs, combustion appliances, and planned use all affect the scope.
Membrane work
A durable membrane system may require sealed seams, sealed penetrations, attachment at walls and supports, a collection point, piping, and protection from traffic. Exact materials and detailing are provider-dependent.
Verification
Visible neatness and fan operation are not radon results. Ask how the provider will document the system and how post-work measurement will be completed.
