Define the mitigation scope
Clarify diagnostics, affected areas, tenant coordination, electrical and roof interfaces, fire and safety requirements, commissioning, documentation, and post-work measurement.
Procurement questions
Verify each responsible credential, relevant building-type experience, insurance and contract terms, applicable standards, schedule assumptions, communication plan, and who owns retesting.
